HAT is a coalition of seniors, people with disabilities, caregivers and community agencies working together to advocate for increases and expansion of homecare services and affordable, supportive housing and improvements to discharge planning.We use theater, song, storytelling and other popular education and participatory research models to raise awareness of the growing need for quality services and housing and the important role they play in our community.

IHSS - Health Task Force
The In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) - Health Task Force is an on-going group that brings all of the stakeholders together to work for improvements in the IHSS Program and other homecare services.
